- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a true Small Town Bank that still has real people when you call answer the phone and take care of your needs. They truly have not forgotten what customer service is. I moved to a bigger city and even though I was foolish, changed my direct deposit to another bank. When I am up for a challenge (not from the bank) I will switch back to this Home Town Bank Thank you to all the folks that answered my messages and gotten back to me in such a timely fashion.
